    A few weeks back I purchased an LG SN7CY soundbar which supports both dolby atmos and DTS:X.

    When selecting DTS:X from the bitstream format it says "your receiver doesn't support DTS:X for home theater" The soundbar 100% supports it so I'm not sure if it's a problem with the insider program or not.

    I have installed the DTS Sound Unbound app which says "good to go!" with an orange check beside it but on the next tab it's not letting me enable it because I can't enable it from the sound settings on the console.

    The soundbar switches to DTS:X when watching a compatible movie on a different device.

    I'd appreciate any help I can get.

    I’m not sure how to reach these settings, but I’m quite certain it is not an issue with my router. My series x has worked for months before now, and all other devices on the network are working, including my Xbox one and Xbox one x. I have been having this issue since roughly the time that my series x last updated, is it possible that the issue is an overlooked bug in the series x OS?

    Same issue on Xbox series X with xbox wireless headset. DTS encoder works just fine, dolby lets my headset disconnect and reconnect continuously. It’s unusable. I don’t think the problem is with your receiver, try DTS and see what happens.

    Xbox series X and LG C2 problems.

    I've never had an issue with

    my Onkyo receiver it's actually fixed my issue with my series x and lg c1 issue and my Onkyo receiver came out in 2017 and it supports 4k hdr and Dolby vision. All work perfect. The issue is a Xbox issue as my 360 and my ps3 and my series s never had an issue directly to the tv it's only with the series x and it's strange that you blame the tv when all other devices work but the series x.
