DTS Sound Unbound license not recognized

So, since yesterday, when I got an update (650mb, alpha ring) DTS Sound Unbound was finally working like it should with DTS Headphones:X. But today, after the 4GB update, it's not recognizing my previously bought license nor the license you get which opens the app with supported gear (the SS Arctis + GameDAC on the same account on PC, works like this and "licenses" the app because the gear is recognized on PC - DTS has documented this at their support website so no nda-breakage here).

Now, after a reboot and putting my console in and out of the DMZ it was in and having every type of game saying my NAT is open, trying lots of different ports manually, DTS STILL refuses to work - at all, and when trying the "Try for 14 days", it says "something happened on our end" or "Please sign in AGAIN".

Dolby Atmos, something reported NOT to work across REBOOTS (Ie resetting) , does indeed work every time I select it even through reboots, but not DTS, even if it worked before an actual reboot, thus the randomness of this problem.

WHAT exactly is the difference between these two apps in regards to how the licenses are being acknowledged?

Dts is constantly giving me pain while atmos, even if sometimes (most of the time actually) right after opening the app, says it has difficulty communicating with the Xbox Store,but that message disappears quickly and does not prevent me from using atmos either, so I'm thinking this is a licensing/store/sign-in issue, possibly related to my account (developer).

I have submitted over 50 reports on this alone documenting first of all this, but other sign-in related issues like Doom: Eternal saying I need to be connected to Xbox Live to sign in to Bethesda.Net, while I am having my console in a DMZ and everything else seemingly working just fine.

Please, look at the reported problems as it is very random whenever it works and I have even tried it from the office where Xbox Live is also working just fine.
