    I don't know how to remove a payment method on billing, but on the dashboard I know. I tried it on the dsahboard and it worked and then I added it and it still don't work. I guess I'll have to use their support and speak.

    Xbox 360 latest dsahboard update?

    The new games are on a new disc format. So something with that could be having issues.

    Like rylands said, removing the system update might be a good idea but in case you have to manually reinstall it, before calling support to remove it, make sure you've got access to the internet to download the update and install with a usb, cd or dvd.

    I've had this problem before and the solution that worked best for me was a power cycle. You perform one by pressing the power button for 10 seconds and then unplugging the cord for 10 seconds, after that you can set it back up and try it out.

    Hello!

    The first things I would try is doing a hard reset on the system to see if that clears up the issue. If that doesn't work you could go as far as disconnecting the system from power for 30 seconds, then powering it back on. After that removing your account
    from your system and adding it back may resolve it.
