    Hey so the problem is that I dropped my sons xbox while I was moving it for cleaning and now he says it doesn't seem to be 100%. As his mum I dont really know anything about xbox and was wondering if what has happened would effect it and what I should

    Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums.

    The easiest way for you to verify what type of console you have is not only the color, but if your console has a power supply unit on the back of it.

    This power supply unit has a light that is usually white, but can be orange if the console is not configured to Instant-on. If your console is one that requires these, then it would indeed indicate it is one of the Original Xbox One, and these devices and
    its accessories are no longer created Microsoft.

    If this is the case, then creating a service order for this device would no longer be an option, and if the console is no longer working at an optimized state, then your only other option would be to upgrade the device.

    I'm sorry about any confusion or turmoil this might have caused.
