    Dropped off my Xbox One S at the Microsoft Store now its Missing


    I am enjoying my XB1 S and its a really cool machine but I heard some strange noises from the fan, so I decided to go to my local MSFT Store and see what they recommended.

    on 11/03 They did a Service Request, and they informed me they would be sending me another console by mail. I was kind of concerned as leaving my XB1S behind as they made me leave the original box behind too (bummer)

    Fast Forward to Today and the Tracking shows as not found and upon returning to the store for answers the Console is not there!! and they do not know what happened to it.

    I decided not to fret and keep my cool, as they recommended to call 1800-4-MY-XBOX, I did and got told the same thing JUST TO SIT AND WAIT.

    Am I being an impatient person or should I worry that the TRACKING WAS NOT FOUND and the console is not at the store anymore?

    Hi, yes, i've tried that, it won't switch on using those either. Once manually switched on, both Xbox commands and Cortana work fine.

    The issues its now experiencing is, dropping 5Ghtz network frequently, fan is getting louder, won't power off 100% of the time (sitting with a flashing light and powering kinect on and off and won't power TV off....6 hours is its record having been left
    overnight). I'm beginning to think this Xbox One S is a dud.
