Drop down audio adjustment menu not showing up with wireless headset connected

I recently purchased a pair of turtle beach stealth 600s for Xbox one. When I got to adjust the audio setting when clicking the home button the audio prompt isn't there. However, when I plug in my old wired pair I get the option to adjust the settings.
Is there anyway to fix this so I'm able to adjust my headset volume and mic monitoring?

    :)

Drop down audio adjustment menu not showing up with wireless headset connected

    Hi Rizzer1403,

So with the Stealth 600 everything is done on the headset with the dials and you don't need to adjust the volumes in the menu, I have the 600 and the 700 and both work the same way and the menu is always greyed out on the dash and its adjusted on the headset
    itself.

I am not at my xbox currently but you could try go into the settings and then audio and see if things can be done there, but i have always done it on the headset myself.

I cant talk through my headset

That setting isnt there because my headset is wireless and has adjustable audio options on the headset itself

Mic not working with xbox one x

Check the audio setting from the main settings menu. Should be an option to adjust your headset.

Where did the Party Chat Mixer go for Xbox One?

    Hello Jousma

I have found the audio option shows up on certain headsets. For example I have a Microsoft chat headset that it wont show up for . But I have a pair of earbuds and audio shows for them. I suggest try different headset to see if can get it to show adjust
what you like then switch to the one that it wasn't showing for.

    Hope this helps

    Thanks

    GAME SOUND

    Hello Arsenal,

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. Try adjusting the Headset chat mixer. You can find this setting by pressing the Xbox putton in the middle of your controller. From the guide menu that pops up, scroll all the way to the right. Select "Audio"
and then adjust the Headset chat mixer to your preferred mix.

Please note that the audio option only pops up when you have your headset plugged in.

    Hope this helps!
