Driving game

My son is 9 years old and loves the game driver and watchdog because you can just drive round and change cars whenever you want to. The problem is these games are too old for him and there are asoects that are inappropriate. Are there any similar games
out there that could be more age appropriate? Thank you

A few good games for him might be Trackmania, Cars 3, Monster Jam: Crush It, Sonic All Stars Racing, and possibly games like Forza Horizons or Burnout Paradise.

 

Forza Horizon series is great for just driving around as is The Crew 2. I would also recommend the need for speed games

Like many people before me, I would recommend the Forza Horizon games, they are an open world racing game, where you can do just about anything you want. Be sure to check out the Forza Horizon games as they might be just what you're looking for.

 

My nine-year-old loves “The Crew 2.” I haven’t noticed anything objectionable in it, but I haven’t looked at it very closely.

Can you get out of the cars whilst driving around and choose other cars to get into whilst out and about as thats what he likes to do

 

Well if the change is the main feature you're looking for, then I'd go with one of the previous suggestions and check out "The crew 2" where you can change vehicles on the fly, even during a race, and you're not even limited to cars since planes, boats
and bikes are included.

An easy game series to get into too, even for youngsters - and me, I'm not great at these games lol.

Just tone down all the options and he should be able to win races easy and get new cars. Plus, you don't need to race, just drive around all over the map. You can even drive off road. Changing cars is
easily done too.
