Driver San Francisco backward compatible

Hi everyone Driver San Francisco xbox 360 game is now backward compatible with xbox one

I own the digital xbox games on demand vision however I cannot see it under (Ready to install)

Evan if I search the xbox one store or the xbox.com website I'm unable to find and download this game that I own,

anyone earls having this issue?

I am having the same issue, I have even tried to see if it is available on my 360 in history but keep getting the error 800700e8.

I'm in the same situation. I own it digitally and can see it in my purchase history but it isn't listed as ready to install. The game was delisted which is why you can't search for it anymore.

There is a large list of people on Reddit who are having the same problem, they own the digital version, but can't install it. But rather annoyingly, there are people who swear they never bought the game, and it has appeared on their ready to install list.

This is where buying digital really has it's drawbacks and I hope MS sort this out quickly, as it is unacceptable that those who bought it, can't play it, while those others who never did, are happily playing it!

Hi! I have the same problem. Can't be downloaded from web, and isn't shown in "Ready to Install". This is EU version.

Just contacted Xbox Support and provided purchase date info, but they said i didn't own the license even when i bought it with real money. Its even in my purchase history.I need to try and find the order number with paying info.

 

There is also a link at the start that contains more people having issues.

It seems as though it works in Australia though, so we could all move there LOL!

 

It should be in Recent purchases under My Account in your profile. I bought it back in Feb 2014 when it was on sale and it shows my order number.

 

I tried a thing here that normally should have fixed the problem.

I started my Xbox 360, and lucky me Driver was installed there. I had never started it, so it even downloaded newest patch.

Game works fine on Xbox 360, and so does Uplay connection. The full download game is on my account...

Then i restarted Xbox One again, and the game still don't show up on "Ready to install list".

UBI have confirmed that the problem is UBI's and not on Microsoft side.

Contact UBI soft to get Driver SF activated on Xbox One.

I’ve the same issue I can see it in my purchase history I had a chat with online help but they left me hanging without an answer

 

It has now appeared in my list, I have installed and it works. Haven't tried to see if it is working on 360 yet. Just to add I didn't contact Microsoft or Ubisoft's support directly, I had only posted on here. Now just need to find where I put my old game
save!.
