Driver level

What is your current driver level ?

Mine is level 52 and I just started gaming on xbox one 2 weeks ago and I'm in love with this game. Even though multiplayer for me is something I need to get

better at. I am also wondering if there is a way to turn off break assist for multiplayer because it seems that most cars have a 10 second lead on me when I feel

I'm doing the best I can in lap times.

yes as everyone else has stated level cap is 150 and the cash you receive after 150 is very nice to build your cars

999. But you only get reward cars till 50 if I'm not mistaken, and credits till 150.

 

125-ish... yes you can turn off all assists when you are in the lobby make sure you have the box at the top with your car in it selected and press A. There is an Assists option on that menu.

 

Nice, I'll have to try that next time I am on. I've been loving the new track since it gives you mad xp at least 10K worth. Currently up to level 67.

 

Started playing today. Think i'm a 5 going on 6.

 

Although it's still early, how are you finding it so far?

 

After first few tracks playing alone first place is easy. Only track I had hard time with was the very first track. Haven't played online yet though. Probably wont for a while since I didn't upgrade anything and only have one car. Guess I got two free
cars as a gift but didn't check them out yet. Order battery charger pack from Amazon so hopefully I get that in a couple days. Cause I forgot to buy batteries. On 360 I always used my USB controllers. I hate batteries.

 

Prague got me too at first only because it's new, but now I like it. Same goes with Yas Marina.

 

Everyone that is on my buddylist will probably hate playing against my drivatar. lol If its as accurate as how I drive alone versus the CPU.

 

I'm not too sure how accurate the drivatars are. Sure they are more human-like than traditional AI, but they still behave like AI to a degree with some sloppy human-like aggression/decision making every now and then.

I have to have a laugh when you see some persons drivatar cut across a small patch of grass on a corner, that there is when you know it's accurate. The S bend thing at the top of the first hill on Road Atlanta is the worst for corner cutting.

 

There's some bogus stuff on here. Couple times now the CPU drivatars seem to catch up at end of races. Even if you're 1st and have a huge lead way, like a inch by the tiny race map hud. Plenty of times they just come out of no where super fast like a
extra 20MPH faster that wiz right by and get a quarter of the track passed you in seconds. Isn't like i'm driving slow or crashing. I very seldom hit the brakes. Almost feels like GTA5 racing. Where catch up option is turned on. You almost have to play
road hog and not let them pass. Check your mirrors. Let 1st place slip through my fingers a couple times yesterday. Ticked me off.

 

I was thinking about the drivatar thing. I've noticed that some drivatars will veer into you even when you're on a straight. I'm thinking that a lot of folks, when playing single player, will veer into the other cars to ram them off the road because hey,
lets face it, if you're playing single player, what does it matter? But, I'm thinking the drivatar continues this pattern of behavior and it translates into some jacked up crap while you're trying to race against these drivatars.

I play on the pro difficulty settings and they never even come close to catching up. If the races were just a tad longer I'd play on unbeatable. Sometimes on long races I do anyway. I just need to have enough time to catch and pass them since you start so
far back at the beginning of the race because unbeatable can be pretty tough.

 

Never tinkered with the difficulty settings yet. I probably should jack it up to get more money faster. I noticed on vintage races. Its complete demolition derby.

 

Yep. Raise it as high as you can while still being able to win. It'll net you more credits.
