    read along, this post is intended for
    the xbox one developer.

    As far as I have no problems with my
    xbox one, but one thing
    bothers me, the drive takes too long
    for the spin-down. I hear the
    drive even through my headphones,
    after what feels like 5 minutes game time
    it shuts down at last.

    I hope the spin-down time
    can be fixed with the next updates.

    Ok, I notice by going into the games tab it has all of my arcade games. It won't show any of the images as it usually does when signed into xbox, but the games boot. It asks me to update,(since I booted Banjo Kazzoie) I press Download now and it just stalls,
    the download never finishes.(this is a 242 kb file)

    Hard drive issue.

    The data on an Xbox hard drive is not meant to be read on a PC. Trying to move them to a PC is a violation of the TOS and it is likely that the files will become corrupt and unusable.

    have you run a test via the xbox to see if the flash still had data intregrity?
