you would have to ask their support, as it is not a Microsoft product, MS do not have the database, for support or the ability to fix it

Sure, but I bought it from the Microsoft store. If I bought a pair or Nike's from Finish Line and the shoes were defective, shouldn't the store give me the money back? They wouldn't just say 'Talk to Nike..."
