Dream it Build it ad blocking access

I have tried to log onto Classic Jigsaw as I have a lot in the past few days. Now when I click on a puzzle an ad comes up but never leaves. I have tried hitting various parts of the ad but it will not disappear or go away. When I click on the back arrow, it goes back to the home page where I pick the puzzle I wish to do and go through everything again with no luck. I have tried to access a different puzzle but the same ad comes up. The ad says Dream it - Build it - Play game. Could you please look into this to see why this ad is blocking us from accessing the puzzles? Thank you Sharon

Welcome to Microsoft Community.

Regarding to your information I assume that when you play the Classis Jigsaw it will have an AD and you want to block it.

According to our tests, it seems that there is always an advertisement displayed in the lower right corner when you play this game.

This advertisement seems to be only removable by upgrading to the premium version. If it's not related to the advertisement,

please send us a screenshot and use Win+F to provide feedback on this issue.

If there is anything not clear, please do not hesitate to let me know.
