    Can't find the Dramafever app

    Does the dramafever app exist for xbox 360? Dramafever advertised it but I can't locate it

    Out of curiosity are you in xbox insider preview program? After a preview program on Feb 13, the app no longer worked for me and did exactly what you described. I noticed within the reviews sections of app from within the xbox one console that a few other
    people reported the same thing within that time frame. I don't think its the app itself, as I don't recall it having any updates this month to where it'd not work? The only think I did differently was install that preview program update, 3 program updates
    later (one as of last night) and still no good. I reported on it multiple times within the preview program forums, a staff member said they were aware of other reports and "investigating it" but gave no time frame or has even said they found a fix for it.
    Sadly I'm afraid beings its a new and rather obscure app that it probably won't be fixed anytime soon in a timely manner (Netflix or huly woulda been fixed in days if they had this problem).

    Last night I thought I'd use the xbox 360 app as a work around until the xbox one app worked again, well lucky me, the app for 360 is no longer supported. So I got billed for my premium account this month the day before the xbox one wasn't usable for me,
    and now can't use it on a xbox device period! So I guess on March 12 I'll be canceling my premium subscription beings I'm not gonna pay for something I can't use.

    O meu comentario logo abaixo esta incorreto,o app esta indiponivel ,e ao ler o comentario do SectorStar pecebo que fomos logrados ,assinei o app justamente por caua da comodidade de assistir no xbox e agora simplesmente foi cancelado e zero satisfaçao
    ao cliente.

    I emailed Dramafever support telling them that there was an issue with the app not working for preview program members, and that reviews from the app itself on the xbox one console supported this. I also reached out to people on gamefaqs, I was able to confirm
    that people not in the preview program right now WERE able to use the app just fine on xbox one, so as I already stated, this is an issue exclusive to preview program members due to the feb 13 update, and if its not fixed by the time it goes public, NO ONE
    using an xbox one will be able to use that app.

    The person that responded to my support email (5 days later) seemed to be completely oblivious that there was even an issue. Asks me what shows I was trying to watch when this happened and if I tried deleting the app and re-installing it again. Well........I
    wasn't able to watch ANY shows because the app doesn't open, and I already stated in email that I did multiple forms of troubleshooting and that nothing on my end was going to make it work. I also noticed on their home page that they still have the xbox one
    app listed as "coming soon" yet the app has been out since the end of december......so thats a little disturbing to me. Needless to say I don't expect a fix anytime soon from their end, and I've yet to hear any feedback or follow up from the staff members
    that replied to my post on the preview program forums saying the issue was being "investigated", so I'll more than likely be canceling my premium subscription when its due next week.
