Dragons Age Deluxe is not working

Dragon Age Inquision Deluxe Edition on XBOX ONE is not working. I bought it in 2015 as a download. It is now saying that I do not have a licence. Others are having the same isue.

Impossible to play at Dragon Age Inquisition !!

Hi,

I have bought dragon age inquisition deluxe edition one month ago. I have downloaded the game and the package with deluxe content adds.

But when i want to launch the game, i am redirected to the marcket at the page of Dragon age basic edition. (that i have not bought of course)...

We appreciate you reaching out to us. For these types of issues, we ask users to make sure that they indeed purchase the content on their account. If they suddenly lost access to content, did somebody recently have their account
on your console and change their home designations? This is the most common reason. You can view all the purchased digital content on your account in
your purchase history.

I hope there is a digital version of the Dragon Age 3 deluxe edition otherwise I will again be forced to buy physical. Its does not have retailer specific bonuses either.

Bought the digital download of Dragon Age: Inquisition: Deluxe Edition because I was able to get it for $8 cheaper than buying through gamestop due to EA Access. I will be picking up GTA V along with my Collector's Edition Strategy Guide for Dragon Age.
I am good until the release of Project Cars and Batman Arkham Knight.
