Dragonball Xenoverse - Season Pass not working

Hello - Just downloaded DBZ yesterday, liked it and decided to get season pass as well - unfortunately although I've paid for the season pass (verified on ecommerce.microsoft) and it is not showing up in my download queue, it only allows me to click
manage game and then it goes to a blank black screen

I've tried reinstalling the game - but still none of the content shows up and it doesn't seem to have downloaded in the first place

Someone posted a youtube video about there being two copies of the game when you go to manage (for the game not dlc), but I only have the one copy.

Anyone else have this problem? Solutions?

Same issue here, You're not alone. I spoke to MS Support and they did say they were working on a fix and it would take 24-48 hours. Yet it has been longer than that since release so I'm not sure myself now

 

Have you gone to the season pass in the xbox store? It should say install. Report back so I can assist you further!

Yeah there should be a way to install it.

Don't know the answer but the game has been out less than a week so if you own it... there's no real reason to worry.

I'm sure they'll get it sorted by the time the first season pass material becomes available.

Theirs nothing to download all the additional content hasn't been released yet. Once the dlc is availible you can download it then

 

I have the same problem and when I go back to the store and look for the season pass I click on it and it only says manage I click on manage and it just show me a black screen. I have the disc version and bough the season pass on the store.

 

buy the game dragon ball xenoverse in store here in Brazil , so when I got home I bought the season pass , as I know it was popped, because when I open my game menu, is not clicked next to the game, and just click on it appears manage , that's all . is to

Hey. I have just purchased the season pass for DBX And I don't get to download it? I get a blank screen after clicking on "Manage". It's not linked with the game I have checked if it was downloaded already but if it was I know myself it would say "Installed"
and not "Manage" .

Anyone got any ideas?

So I bought the seasons pass and the download of the game from gamestop(pre-ordered, just got the amount needed for both) and everythings fine except when i go to install the season pass it just says "manage". Now i have tried accessing it from the "manage
game" on my games and apps but it is not there. Should i try to get my money back or is there a way i should be able to install it?

 

It's simply not time to use it yet.

As long as it's there on your download queue you're fine.
