    Dragonball Xenoverse(not playable)


    I have Dragonball Xenoverse downloaded from the store and have had it for about a year now. Recently re-installed the game and when I load my character to start it just gets stuck on a white screen.

    -Have tried reinstalling

    -Tried deleting save data

    -Tried restarting xbox

    -Nothing seems to fix it

    Hi there Married Jo Wana,

    If this is for an Xbox One, Best that I can suggest now is to do a full factory reset for your console. You'd lose your games in the process but then the console would feel new. This would also make sure that your console updates perfectly. Dragonball Xenoverse(not playable) :)
