DragonBall Xenoverse 2 Save Data - 2 Xboxes

I'm receiving the error: Your data does not match the data on the Xenoverse server. Do you want to overwrite the save data on the server and start the game? Yes or No 
I have two Xbox consoles, one at dad's house (Xbox One X) and one at mom's house (Xbox One). They both have Xbox Live and I'm signed into the same gamertag at each house. The issue
is I played at my mom's and got my character to Level 70 and when I went to my dad's house the Xbox wasn't connected to the internet when I started the game so it defaulted to a new game. I couldn't get the original data back on my dad's Xbox and when I went
back to my mom's house the original save game data was gone also. I have always selected No to the question above so I think the issue was caused by the Xbox at dad's house not being connected to the internet and now my data is out of sync. I'm hoping to get
the original saved game data restored to my account or back on both Xbox consoles. How do I accomplish this?

Just now found where to do that at! The save data there was only 1.3MB which doesn't seem big. Deleted it on both consoles (console delete only) and started the game up again. It said syncing and went right into the game but was not the level 70 character
I had before all this. So, then went back in and selected Delete from everywhere and started the game and it said cannot find saved data, create new? It must've overwritten the data on the server and only allows one saved data on the server at a time. Oh well,

Have you tried deleting your saved data by going into the "manage game and ad ons" for Dragon Ball Z, then reloading the game? It should re-sync itself.

Seems strange the verbiage would say "Do you want to overwrite the save data on the server". That indicates the local non-level 70 save data from the console would overwrite what is on the server.
Also, below is the response I received from Bandai Namco.. Which begs the question, is the save game data stored in my Xbox Live account? If so, could someone at Microsoft delete the data for the game except for the level 70 save data from my account? I found

Add/Remove Xbox profile that seem to pertain to Xbox 360 not the Xbox One/X as I checked the settings storage and can't find where to direct it to save games to the cloud or the local console.

I'll try disconnecting from the internet, uninstalling the game, then connecting back to internet to re-install the game.

It's unfortunate to hear that your save data was lost. However, as much as we want to help you with your request, we won't be able to restore it as player save data are saved locally on your system or system
cloud. Try to check your account's online cloud and see if your previous data is still uploaded. However, if you don't have any backups, you won't be able to restore it anymore.

Hi Blazi,

Thanks for coming to the forums. If you are not connected to the internet and launch a game, it will start in offline mode. If you then connect to the internet it will upload that save to the cloud. The most likely thing is the save from your dad's house
has overwritten the one at your Mom's house. As you are already started over, if it asks again hit yes. This just may be the save when you were lvl 70. Reason why you are getting the low game is you are selecting no. The level 70 game was done while connected
to the internet, so that is the one that is most likely saved on the Xenoverse server.
