    Dragonball Xenoverse 2 Problems for my friend


    I helped my friend with getting Potential Unleashed in this game and when she tried to log into the game to play it, it wouldn't allow her to open the game (i had DLC she didn't, btw, mainly TP medals and the music packs) and was telling her to delete
    her save files. What does she do to keep her save file(s)? I accepted the TP medals by accident but used it.

    did she use any of the DLC content? if so this could be why she cannot log in

    Have had Assassin's Creed Orgins for about a year and never have been able to play it due it not being able to launch. Have reinstalled the game as well as restarted my console.

    I have an Xbox One S and this also occurs w/ Watch Dogs 2. Others games like DragonBall Xenoverse 2 and DBZ Kakarot work just fine.
