Dragonball Xenoverse 2 missing content

Hello,

I pre ordered Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 a while back and never received Black Goku or the Tao Pai Pai stick vehicle as the promotion offer advertises.

Is there a way this can be worked out? Thanks.

DLCs for dragonball xenoverse 2 Xbox one not working

I’ve bought dragonball xenoverse 2 extra pack 1 and 2 but none of the content promised in the DLCs show in the game I’ve tried everything please help

This is content that is located in-game, and not sent out via email or Xbox Live message. To access the bonus content, please highlight the game's tile and press the Menu button on your Xbox One controller and select Manage game. From there,
locate the Ready to install section to install any pending DLC. After the DLC is installed, you may need to progress further in-game to access the content. Also check your character selection area to see if you are able to download/install your Goku
Black from there.

Previously there was nothing in my Ready to Install but since I read your comment, I took a peek and there it was just sitting there waiting to be downloaded.
