    I contacted Live support and they confirmed that I should've received Black Goku content with my purchase of Xenoverse 2 Deluxe edition as per our conversation reference number - 1371498051

    But they couldn't access it from their side can you assist please.

    I actually miss those days. Is that Goku apparel i see? Sweeeet. I actually grew up watching Dragonball and Dragonball Z. The movie wasnt that great.

    Have had Assassin's Creed Orgins for about a year and never have been able to play it due it not being able to launch. Have reinstalled the game as well as restarted my console.

    I have an Xbox One S and this also occurs w/ Watch Dogs 2. Others games like DragonBall Xenoverse 2 and DBZ Kakarot work just fine.

    Check the Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 "Ready to Install" list from your "My Games" menu. (Navigate to the tile, then press the "menu" button to pull up options, select "Ready to Install.) Additionally, the Black Goku character should be accessible via the in-game
    character menu.
