Dragonball FighterZ Videl DLC not downloading.

This has been occurring all day. I have done everything in the "Installation Stopped" fixes of this site. Hard reset, cleared saved games and completely reinstalling. But no matter what I do, my Xbox refuses to download this DLC exclusively. This came out
on the same day the Jiren DLC came out and that downloaded just fine. Every other download and update I want is working.

It's not a space problem because I have 506.2 GB of storage.

There was an issue earlier that has been resolved. Now, try performing the hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console
for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

You need to uninstall, Clear local saved games and the alternate MAC address before installing again.

This black friday was between buying Naruto Shinobi Striker, or Dragonball FighterZ, opted for the wrong game, even being more expensive.

I apologize but if the issue is just with the game and there are many reports it will depend on the game support. You can try resetting your console and keeping your games and apps to check that there are no corrupted files that may be causing the issue.

Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Reset and keep my games & apps.
