Dragonball Fighterz crashes

I cannot play online, game crashes when "Preparing Network" straight back to the home screen. Hasn't worked online once I've reset my Xbox, uninstalled the game, checked my internet (even tried 2 other separate modems), powered off the Xbox by holding the button and waiting 30sec before turning it back on. Basically, it's not on my end and many others seem to have the same issue. This is specific to Dragonball Fighterz, Xenoverse works and other Bandai Namco games work. Is there another place I should send reports? Because it really seems like, and they've admitted so, to not caring as much for the console releases but this is unacceptable. Even on sale they're charging way to much for dlc that is basically worthless with no refund policy.

Edit: saw people talking about uninstalling just the dlc then trying to go online, this was still unsuccessful.

I apologize but if the issue is just with the game and there are many reports it will depend on the game support. You can try resetting your console and keeping your games and apps to check that there are no corrupted files that may be causing the issue.

Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Reset and keep my games & apps.

Go to manage game and they should be waiting to be downloaded under the ready to install tab.
