Dragon Quest XI S unkown error and no save files

I was playing Dragon quest on pc through Xbox Game Pass the other day, got to where we need to save veronicas sister from some monsters, and I save the game in a near by town.

When I tried playing the game again a day later it said, "unkown error has occured", and my save were gone, when I go to start a new game it says "Save date is Corrupt. To create, save or load an adventure log, you will need to restore save data or create a new save data."

is there anyway I can fix this?

We highly recommend contacting the developer of the game for further assistance regarding this matter because we don't have any kind of control over anything in-game related.

Hello, this time the error occurred at 100%, and the error code is 0x80070005 and I was trying to download Dragon Quest XI

Dragon Quest XI, I love the Dragon Quest games and this entry looks really good.

At least this one is available on PC too, so I'll get it there even if my pc is not on par with my xbox for gaming

There are achievements but the actual achievement list isn't live yet for some reason.

Just play the game & you'll unlock the achievements,i've unlocked 3 already.

There aren't any missable ones if the achievement list is the same as the PS Trophy list.
