Dragon quest XI not working?

Hello, I got dragon quest XI on my pc with the gamepass and it was fine and after 60 hours of gameplay i tried opening the game it just says 'Please sign in to a profile' but there is no option to sign in. I tried evrything like reinstalling xbox and i checked and i still have gamepass. I checked by Alt+Tab to see if an xbox window is open and even that doesnt work. I dont wana uninstall the game since i have 60 hours on it. Can anyone help?

Yes i recived 3 different
The first is that a crash report was deleted but i dont think its that since it happened even when the game was fine

The second is that i cant connect to xbox live (im on pc) with the code 0x80004005

The third is just a fatal error that happens after i just spam ok on the second error

Please try the following fixes.

Step 1

- Go to Xbox.com and click Sign In.

- If there are problems with your account, the instructions will help to resolve them. - If you can't go beyond the login screen, select Forgot my password and follow the instructions.

Step 2

- Click the Windows + I keys

- Click on Time and Language

- Under Date & Time, verify that the Set time automatically setting is turned on.

If the error still persists, try the next step.

Step 3

- Click the Windows + I keys

- Click on Accounts

- Browse to the Microsoft account you used to sign in to the Xbox app and select Remove.

- Then go back to Xbox app and reconnect with the Microsoft account you just removed.

Okay. Reinstall the game, this time with your third party Antivirus turned off.

Wouldnt i loose my data from doing that?

Well i just uninstalled and reinstalled the game and it still doesn't work (I dont even have an anti virus)
