    Hi,

    I have purchased a pack of gems via the Dragon Mania Legends store - received a message in-game that "something went wrong" however my Paypal account has been charged. Can you please look into this problem for me

    please check the payment/transactions details at account.microsoft.com to see what could have went wrong and if it possibly was corrected.

    If you can't find anything wrong and the transaction was not correct then the best thing to do is to contact official Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat at

    Hi,

    I have checked everything, cant see anything wrong. case has been submitted via email to Gameloft yesterday, still no update. Will wait one more day and then escalate with MS Support again.

    I know if you open Dragon Mania Legends and use Facebook login . Your profile is saved. Just in case use a win8 computer and load up the game and restore your profile there. As a bonus you get the win8 achievements too.
