Dragon ball z not showing up or playing when it does

Hi

I went onto xbox video and wanted to watch Dragon ball z and this is on my console. So at first I got into where all the seasons are I go to watch a episode and it comes up with an error which said content not found with the code 80070004 I believe. And
then I cleared my system and it helped temporarily but then the very next day it wouldn't even let me access the tv show on my shows it loaded for a second then stopped. I managed to find a way around it for 10 episodes but now it wants me to pay for it ,
and I have already paid for all 9 seasons and I am currently only on season 7. But now when I go to try to access it, it only displays 2 seasons available and I'm still not able to access them. I have tried deleting and downloading my profile again and it
didn't work, I tried clearing my system cache and that didn't work, and I tried refreshing my purchase history but when I did that it disappeared completely from my list. I also looked on live to see if it is still up and no matter how much I search I can't
find it on xbox video.

Please help me I'm tired of trying to watch my shows and having xbox throw it back in my face that I can't.
