Dragon Ball Xenoverse Season Pass Not Working - Xbox One

When i go to the store and find the season pass it says manage, but when i click manage it just takes me to a black screen. I have seen other people playing with dlc characters, but when i go into the game i do not see mine. Does anyone know how i get my
characters to show up?

don't by any dlc for games they just brake the full game most of the time

 

the season pass whould not need to be downloaded it didnt on my console.. not 100% on that im mad at dbxv atm since they skipped on details and content

 

They also gave everyone a free 4 Star Dragonball as a way of saying "sorry" for the shakey launch.

Once you collect 7 you can summon Sheng Long and make a wish.

 

You don't download the season pass, once purchased the DLC should say install when you go to it.

 

i had downloaded the season pass for Dragon Ball: Xenoverse...then after i download the first DLC, but when i go to time nest it is not there, anyone knows if i need to have all characters (Super 17,Shenron and Gogeta)? you know....time nest did not have
the mission...
