Dragon Ball Xenoverse - DLC Not Working

I only recently got this game, and being a big DBZ fan i immediately purchased the Season Pass before even trying the game out, I was that confident I would enjoy it. I've since realised that none of my paid for content (from the pass) is actually on my
game. I'm not sure when the GT and Resurrection F missions unlock, but I certainly don't have any of the costumes (such as the resurrection F pack) that I am supposed to have.

I know this is meant to be available in the customisation menu as soon as you download it. It is not there. Neither are the GT characters in Versus. Leading me to believe nothing I have paid for is actually available to me. I have seen 'fixes' online suggesting
i download a 'second' version of the game from the manage game menu, however this is only a fix for digital editions of the game, as a disc copy does not give the option of re installing a second version.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the full game, and also deleting and re downloading the Season pass and all it's DLC both together and separately As well as deleting and recovering my profile. So far nothing has worked. I can see people running
around in the DLC Costumes, so there must be a fix out there, surely? the DLC cant only be available to people who bought the game digitally and have this illusive 'second version' I want the content I have paid for. Sorry for the long winded post, but I wanted
to make sure my situation was clear, I'm tired of being told to 'download the second version from 'Manage Game'' It is not there for disc based copies.

I have the dragon ball xenoverse day one dlc for xbox 360 and i was wondering if i buy an xbox one can i use the dlc for xenoverse on an xbox one

I have a similar issue: I purchased nearly two weeks ago the digital copy of the game, and the season pass, but no matter what I try it never unlocks the DLCs' content to me.
