Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 Save Data Issue

Good day, I can't access my Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 save data, it's asking me if I want to ERASE it and start over

I tried restarting my xbox, removed my account and re added it but the issue still remains.

Thought you may be interested as there are HUGE savings on them. The only one not on sale is Kakarot which only just released.

Not sure if this is regional but deffo worth checking out

Considering that other games are not affected and this is only occurring with Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2, can you confirm if there are any error messages when first starting the game?

Would you be able to provide an image of what is being experienced to better understand this?

it did not help. my cloud game data works well on other games its just Xenoverse 2 that has the issue
