Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 pre-order DLC

I pre-ordered Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 way before the release of the game, however, I still do not have my Goku Black pre-order DLC. It is not viewable in the store as well as it is not in my ready to install list; I simply do not have access to this content.
Chat support told me to post here in order to get help with this issue.

This is content that is located in-game, and not sent out via email or Xbox Live message. To access the bonus content, please highlight the game's tile and press
the Menu button on your Xbox One controller and select Manage game. From there, locate the Ready to install section to install any pending DLC. After the DLC is installed, you may need to progress further in-game to access the content.
From what I can find from my research, you may need to install or download him from the character screen.

I digitally downloaded Dragon ball xenoverse with the pre-order but the bonuses won't show up in my game. Does any one know how to activate the pre-order bonus for the digital download?

Jump Force (Standard, Ultimate and Deluxe Editions)

Thought you may be interested as there are HUGE savings on them. The only one not on sale is Kakarot which only just released.

Not sure if this is regional but deffo worth checking out

Dragon Ball Xenoverse isn't backwards compatible on Xbox One, you'd have to purchase the game again and the DLC.
