Dragon ball xenoverse 2 - My account doesn't have access to multiplayer mode

Hello!

recently I've been playing Xenoverse 2 again, and sadly I can't play multiplayer mode because everytime i try to join an online match or join the online lobby from the menu, i always get the following message:

"Your profile doesn't have access to online multiplayer.
The following features will not be available:
-Multi-lobby
-Online Battle and Online Parallel Quests
-Timespace Delivery
-Auto-Patrols"

I've been looking up for a solution in the internet but nothing, I don't even know if the online servers are still open, I have no idea if it's a bug, or something like that, a bug with my xbox one, or maybe i have to do something in game to access it.

I've finished the story mode by the way, so it's not that.

I just restarted my Xbox and its working fine now. Figured since i just bought live gold it might need to power cycle

I have been having problems myself got the xbox gold live just to get the rewards in the crystal raids but for some reason I keep getting messages saying that an online multilayer isn't working

In order to play an online multiplayer game, an Xbox Live Gold subscription is required. Do you have one?

To check kindly follow the steps below:

Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide, and then select System > Settings > Account > Subscriptions.

Hello Microsoft I am having this same issue too. Once the DLC 14 update came I haven't been able to play online on my series s. And I suppose I don't need a Xbox live gold pass. Pls do something to help me play online again.
