    I bought this game digitally and every time I try to go online it crashes and makes a loud noise. I thought it was a problem that would get fixed but I'm still having it. Help please.

    Hello Bajan,

    We understand that you're having an issue with being able to go online within Dragon Ball FighterZ.

    Does this crash take you all the way back to the home screen?

    This may be due to data corruption, it is recommended to follow these steps:

    • Uninstall Dragon Ball FighterZ
    • Soft Factory Reset the console by selecting keep my games and apps:
    Reset and keep my games & apps. You should use this option as your primary choice when troubleshooting. It will reset the OS and delete all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or
    apps. This will save you from downloading or reinstalling the large game files.

    Note: This step will remove profiles, so be sure to keep all information for signing into any/all accounts.

    Try this and let us know if this works.

    Thanks for your post! It's recommended to attempt reinstallation of the game to troubleshoot this issue. Here's an article on how to do so:

    Uninstall and Reinstall Xbox One Games.

    Hiya!

    Paul from the Xbox Forums Team here to assist, what I recommend is to
    perform a soft factory reset    . Do be advised when performing the soft factory reset it will remove your profile from the console. As well please choose the option that states to keep my games and apps, so you won't have to re-download your games and apps.
