    I bought this game digitally and every time I try to go online it crashes and makes a loud noise. I thought it was a problem that would get fixed but I'm still having it. Help please.

    I would recommend a Hard reboot, Unplug your xbox for 60 sec and plug in everything and then delete the game and reinstall.

    Thanks for your post! It's recommended to attempt reinstallation of the game to troubleshoot this issue. Here's an article on how to do so:

    Uninstall and Reinstall Xbox One Games.

    Paul from the Xbox Forums Team here to assist, what I recommend is to
    perform a soft factory reset    . Do be advised when performing the soft factory reset it will remove your profile from the console. As well please choose the option that states to keep my games and apps, so you won't have to re-download your games and apps.
