Dragon Ball FigherZ crashes

I still have the original xboxone when they first came out. It shouldn't make a difference right? Cause I can play starwars without any issues.

I just recently bought Dragon ball fighterZ cause it looks like MVC2 game play style and looks like a lot of fun.

Am extremely disappointed at how bad this game runs on my xboxone system. The tear jerking stutter of the music alone just makes me cringe when it was playing the video.

So after many restarts I finally got into the game and some how made it to the practice section. It started to load and then bam back to the dash it went. Then i restarted the xboxone and tried to load. It failed. took out the disc and put it back in
and it booted up again. It instantly crashed right away.

Are they aware of this issue? are they going to fix this issue?

Should I just cut my loses and return the game?

Shocked that Xbox has forgotten to add DBZ to the list!

ok, I can't even uninstall this game from my xboxone, its stuck in the 100% downloading update queue

If I try to open stuff in the menu it does not load properly. wtf this game literally broke my system.

 

This sounds like your game might have gotten corrupted while downloading.

Try doing a power cycle on your console. To do this You will need to press and HOLD the power button on your CONSOLE until the LIGHT turns OFF. Next you will need to unplug your console from the wall and wait 2 minutes. After the 2 minutes are up restart
the console. And see if you are able to uninstall this game.

If the power cycle does not work I would then try doing a factory reset and select to option to remove everything. After you do the factory reset, you can add your account back to your console and re download all your games and saves. To do a factory reset
you will need to go to your settings, under system select console info. Then select reset console.
