dragon age wont open

my inquisition game will not load apon opening the game it returns me to the xbox home screen

Dragon Age II worth playing?

After playing Dragon age so much then went to dragon age 2, I couldn't even finish dragon age 2! the story sucks and not a open world like dragon age, just play dragon age its a very good game but it does have that old rpg feel to it!

 

Need some q uick advice from RPG'ers

neither check out dragon age ultimate edition you wont be sorry

 

Try a hard reset on the console. Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console. Once
it is back up and operational test for results.

If that doesn't work try uninstalling and reinstalling the game.

I have tried this several times. I can't access the games I downloaded ARK and ROCKET LEAGUE. I tried the above advice with no luck. Any advice please? Thanks as I've spent many hours and don't want to loose progress. The console is just out of it's
guarantee period.
