Dragon Age Origins Ultimate Edition Issue Xbox 360 Version on Xbox One

Hi. I've tried the solution listed in the earlier post below, except it requires that I have Disc 2 in my One at all times when playing for the DLC to Display. When Disc 2 is out, it's not recognized by the game as being installed. I prefer just installing
the DLC to the HDD and run my experience disc-less. Is there any way possible for that or do I have to either resign myself to having my disc-less experience on my 360 or having Disc 2 in my One anytime I wish to play. For someone like me who doesn't focus
on one game from start to finish, both seem to be an unfair compromise as would re-buying DLC I already own. Can't I just have my cake and eat it too on my One? If anyone knows of a way where I can install the DLC from Disc 2 to my HDD without having the disc
inside when I'm playing or re-purchase, please tell me how. If I cannot, please advise me who I can petition to have the Disc 2 content installed without paying extra money. Thank you.

Interesting Marketplace vs On-Disc DLC Question

If you buy an 'ultimate edition of a game', say Dragon Age Origins Ultimate Edition that includes all the DLC on the second disc and install said content, will the marketplace download version also become available to you?
