Dragon Age: Origins, Ultimate Edition DLC Downloads

For many of us who are extremely happy with the fact that Origins is now backwards compatible, there's an issue that I've come across.

I bought Origins as the Ultimate Edition, where there is Origins on one disc and then there's a second one filled with all of the DLCs.

The issue that I'm running into is that my XboxOne is recognizing the DLC disc as the Origins disc and I cannot download any DLCs off the disc. If I go into the store it's asking me to buy everything even though my account, on Xbox 360,
will recognize that I do have these DLCs already.

So what can I do or can something be done?

Dragon Age Origins Ultimate Edition has all the DLC on a separate disc.

 

Interesting Marketplace vs On-Disc DLC Question

If you buy an 'ultimate edition of a game', say Dragon Age Origins Ultimate Edition that includes all the DLC on the second disc and install said content, will the marketplace download version also become available to you?

Hi KingdomsPath, I had the same issue as you but eventually found a way to resolve it. Install the game using Disc 1, quit game after installation. Insert Disc 2 and go to the Game Hub, and download each applicable DLC from the Add Ons list:

• Witch Hunt
• The Stone Prisoner
• Warden'so Keep
• Return to Ostagar
• DA: Awakening
• the Golem's of Amgarrak
• Leliana's Song

There are a few more DLCS for in-game items. Note that not all DLCs can be downloaded. The last part is important, load the game using Disc 2 only. Launch the game and look under Downloadable Content, it should have all the DLCS marked as downloaded. If
not, exit and quit game app. Then go to your "My games & apps" page and under QUEUE it should list your recentry installed DLCs. Load DA:O Awakenings and that should force load it.
