Dragon Age Origins

Hi there!

So, I've been in contact with EA Help for a few days now and their working on it, but I thought I would give a shout out here for help as well.

I cannot get any of my Dragon Age Xbox games to connect to the Dragon Age servers. When the Xbox Live melt down happened around 01/30, I did a factory reset on my One S, thinking it was an issue on my end. After I reinstalled everything when they got things
running again, my Dragon Age games would not connect to the servers. All my PC copies connect with no trouble and I can access the Keep from my PC, but the console will not connect. DA Origins and DA2 say, "The Dragon Age servers are currently available. Please
Try again," and Inquisition says it is connected but will not access the Keep to import a World State. I have been through every troubleshoot they have sent to me; Power cycled, removed and reinstalled the Gamertag from the device, cleared caches, uninstalled
and reinstalled the games, reset passwords, had the EA Advisor reset my password, factory reset the console, reset the router and did uotrace, and generally just screamed at the thing in frustration. The servers are active, I can see and modify all my game
data in the Keep, but cannot get either the 360 or the One S to connect to them. EA said to wait it out and see if someone comes up with a solution because they had other reports it was affecting users and they kicked me to an Advisor through an email, but
I haven't heard anything and can't seem to find anything in the forums. Any one else having this issue/found a solution? Is it an Xbox Live issue? I'm out of ideas of what I could do on my end at this point.

So if it is there problem what can i do to get my dragon age server back up on the xbox 360 ive been in contact with multiple people for hours a day and for days what can i do to fix mine ive tried a whole lot of different options. Because i believe inorder
to get the blood dragon armor with the digital download i need to have the servers back up on my account.

Hi there,

If you have contacted the developers, and got that kind of answer, then that's the best thing that you can do. It's likely an EA issue, rather than a Microsoft sided one, as I've personally not had any issues with other games.

Hey, sorry to hear you're having issues connecting to the Dragon Age servers. It sounds like you took the correct steps in contacting EA help. I looked over the EA help

forums and you're not alone. It does not appear to be a Xbox live issue, however.

You could try doing a factory reset again but this time choose the option to keep games and apps so you won't need to redownload them.

However, you said the password was changed. Try following the steps at this link while a backwards compatible title is loaded to delete and redownload your gamertag. That may fix the issue.
