Dragon Age: Origins not free on Games with Gold

Dragon Age: Origins, a featured game in Games with Gold for June shows that it is $14.99 and not free. I have a Gold Subscription and have had Gold for the last 5 years. Only since I have purchased the X-Box One have I had issues with this service. I
would like to download this game as it is part of a service that I pay for. Your assistance is appreciated.

Why Russian Federation would not get Dragon age Origins in this month?

DA: Origins -- 86 on metacritic (www.metacritic.com/.../dragon-age-origins)

DA2 -- 79 on metacritic (www.metacritic.com/.../dragon-age-ii)

So, there was some obvious red flags there. Also, one of the reviews for DA2 only gave the game a 25/100.

 

been having problems as well I actually downloaded this game and played a couple of levels. however now the game wont load and it says I need to have a credit card on file to continue what's going on here ? the game is on my drive and supposed to be free
