Dragon Age origins license "missing" and call centre staff of no use?

So I downloaded dragon age origins when it was on the games for gold last month. I had been playing it, and really getting into it until two days ago when it came up with renew gold live error code even though I'm subscribed till next year. At this point
I deleted it and tried re-installing it to see if it would work, but it disappeared from ready to install list altogether.

When I called up the support centre the guy who I talked to said he couldn't see the license at all and insinuated I had downloaded it on someone else's account on my xbox. I explained this made no sense as I am a gold subscriber
myself and would have nothing to benefit from doing this. The phone call ended with the call centre guy being totally unwilling to accept that an error of some kind could have incurred and even pointed to the fact that I have more than one Hotmail email as
some sort of proof that I had been sharing games or something.

This experience was utterly frustrating and left me with a pretty bitter taste in my mouth about digital content as its impossible to prove ownership and re download if something like this happens. Any one else have this happen on
them?
