Dragon Age Inquistion Backwards Comp

I am having a problem with dragon age inquistion backwards compatibility, it says that the game isnt backwards compatible, I have already confirmed what it is and tried soft reset and holding the xbox button for 10 seconds, but nothing works, any ideas?
I own an xbox one s, so I don’t think that the model is the problem.

As the previous poster stated its not as therr is an xbox one version out

If you want there is a free trial you can use if you never used ea access before

And its part of their package

However you can also purchased the game ata discount with ea pass if you like it

It's not backwards compatible. Only Dragon Age Origins and Dragon Age 2 are backwards compatible. You have to get the Xbox One version to play the game.

This may draw some ire... but Inquisition is a disappointment to me. Unlike Origins and II, I just can not get into this at all. Shame really...

As for importing saves, you can't. You can use the 'keep' to build a world state with your past decisions then import that world state to DA:I

New companion in Vivienne an Orlesian Mage (human) that was inline to be First Enchanter.....seeing as how BW likes balance then Cullen or Evangeline might also be companions.......so far it's Varric, Cassandra & Vivienne
