Dragon Age Inquistion 35% off Discount missed out on Christmas Day

You all had this game for 35% off Christmas Day. Although I was not able to purchase this product for the discounted price due to the challenges you all were facing with Hack. Although I have been trying all day with contacting your phone support team,
Xbox Store, Billing, Online Support and now I am here. This turned out to be a very long ordeal that could have been easily avoided if the discount was extended or more resources were available to your support team. I waited nearly 1 1/2 hours contacting
the suppoort team Via Phone then they directed me to billing. I then waited for over an hour on the phone to talk with someone there. I then was told the Microsoft Store could assist me. I thought great I can have this game purchased and things would be
ok. Little did I know the Microsoft store was not able to use my $30.00 I had in Xbox credits and wanted me to pay the full $39.99 on my credit card, another hour wasted. Not ok! Then I was directed to the Support team Via Online with another hour wait.
The young lady helped with what she could but could not resolve this issue. So after 45 minutes of talking to her I am now here. I am not to happy and I understand you all are facing bigger challenges. but the time I have spent doing this has made me a very
dissatisfied customer.

I still don't have an Xbox One because none of the games that are available right now interest me at all. At the moment, only Dragon Age 3 Inquistion has my attention and that game isn't even out yet.

You're going to be a bit disappointed, but no one here can help you. We're all just regular users like yourself. I'd say to contact the store, explain your issue and hopefully they can give you the discount. If not, I'd just wait... another discount will
come around soon enough.

This may draw some ire... but Inquisition is a disappointment to me. Unlike Origins and II, I just can not get into this at all. Shame really...

As for importing saves, you can't. You can use the 'keep' to build a world state with your past decisions then import that world state to DA:I

New companion in Vivienne an Orlesian Mage (human) that was inline to be First Enchanter.....seeing as how BW likes balance then Cullen or Evangeline might also be companions.......so far it's Varric, Cassandra & Vivienne
