Dragon Age: Inquisition will not load

So here is my problem:

I cannot get the game Dragon Age: Inquisition to load on my Xbox One. The farthest that I can get to is the title screen where it says, "Press Menu Button". Once I do that, it freezes. It does not always make it to that screen, sometimes it will just
sit at the black screen with the Inquisition icon in the bottom right corner, but it does not blink like it normally does to signify that it is loading. I have only received an error message once, the first time I tried to reload the game. It said that the
game was taking to long to load.

I went to the EA website for help originally and spoke with a couple of their advisers using the live chat feature and they told me that it was probably a corrupted autosave file. I believe that is correct, because the last time I was able to play
the autosave function started but it never could finish and the gold circle in the bottom right corner of the screen remained continually until I closed the game and then I was unable to start it again.

The section titled "How do I delete saves I no longer need?" appears to have the answer, but the problem is that those instructions do not match up with the features and options available on my Xbox one.

To elaborate:

That page gives the following instructions: (abbreviated)

Select: My games and apps > Highlight the game, press the Menu button > Select Manage game > Scroll right, highlight saved data for your gamertag under Saved Data and press A

I cannot get any father than selecting Manage game. Once I do that it takes me to the "Manage Dragon Age: Inquistion" menu, but it does not have the options specified in that article. The menu is divided into two halves. On the left half is an icon for Dragon
Age, as well as a smaller icon for the extra content. The only option available there is to uninstall them. On the right half of the screen there is only one thing, an option to "Show all add-ons" with the Xbox store logo. When I press that, nothing happens
anways.

I am at a loss of what to do, I cannot seem to find where I can access my saved game files on my Xbox so I can delete the corrupted file. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

XBOX ONE Under Her Skin crashes game

After using the live chat feature via Contact Us on here I was able to get the help I needed. It's a simple fix after all. I just had to go to Settings > System > Clear local saved games. Once the Xbox restarted and I loaded Dragon Age it synced my save
files and works fine now.
