    Dragon Age Inquisition pls Help


    I am legitimately at a loss for what to do about this issue.

    I just bought another edition of Dragon Age Inquisition since my Game of The Year edition has not been launching at all.
    I have tried a console reset.
    I have tried every single applicable step on the troubleshooting page.
    Uninstalled and reinstalled.
    I still will click on the game, it loads up, plays the bioware intro, and then it closes to dashboard.
    What is going on with this?
