Dragon Age: Inquisition NO ACHIEVEMENTS

So I started Inquisition on 02/02/2020. I played for 3 days, and got a few achievements. I then stopped playing for a while. Recently I came back to the game, starting a new save. On the 16/03/2020 I got the
'Focused' achievement. Today, however, on 17/03/2020, I did a number of things that should have gotten achievements.



1. Opposition in All Things

2. In Your Heart Shall Burn



(spoilers - I'm in Skyhold, so should definitely have those two achievements)



3. The Brightest of Their Age (stuck at 66%)

4. Well-Prepared (tried multiple times)

5. Well-Read (discovered 4 veilfire runes)

6. Specialized (chose a specialisation and put points into it)

7. Decorator (purchased some drapes)



I looked at a bunch of solutions and couldn't find anything that worked. One method suggested wiping save data and starting again, but I'm 16 hours or something in by now, and don't want to start the game for
a third time.

I'm playing on an Xbox One, on one of the insider rings (but can't remember which one. Delta I think).



I've also noticed that the tracking for Persuasive is stuck at 50%, even though I have around 8 agents, not 5. Veteran is stuck at 45%, even though I'm level 10 not 9. And so on.
