Dragon Age Inquisition deluxe upgrade: where are items

Yesterday I purchased the Xbox one upgrade for inquisition. It says it's installed, but can't find any of the bonus weapons, etc. Is there a location I need to visit?

i boight dragon age inquisition delux edition like a week ago then i unistall the game and i want to install again but y dont have the upgrade delux edition and the others dlc why i dont have it if y pay for it?

 

They can be accessed through the war table. You have to send your ambassadors to retrieve them. I think most if not all the missions are instant though.

 

yes you unlock the mounts with scouting missions at the war table! I still had to buy them after the unlock! I could be wrong but you don't get any of them until you reach skyhold!

 

You start with 1 weapon and 1 armor (class dependent) from the chest marked "special delivery". Later on you get the schematics for the other armors and weapons after unlocking Skyhold.

The mounts you unlock from missions at the War table. You also get the throne at Skyhold.
