Dragon age inquisition deluxe edition not working

I’ve had this game for a long time and I own it. I was playing it a few days ago and all of a sudden it says I need to have ea access to play. I haven’t had ea access since 2015. I contacted ea and they investigated and said it was a Microsoft server issue.
Can’t get a hold of Microsoft.

Impossible to play at Dragon Age Inquisition !!

Hi,

I have bought dragon age inquisition deluxe edition one month ago. I have downloaded the game and the package with deluxe content adds.

But when i want to launch the game, i am redirected to the marcket at the page of Dragon age basic edition. (that i have not bought of course)...

Why..... snif.

i boight dragon age inquisition delux edition like a week ago then i unistall the game and i want to install again but y dont have the upgrade delux edition and the others dlc why i dont have it if y pay for it?

on your console and change their home designations? This is the most common reason. You can view all the purchased digital content on your account in
your purchase history.

Bought the digital download of Dragon Age: Inquisition: Deluxe Edition because I was able to get it for $8 cheaper than buying through gamestop due to EA Access. I will be picking up GTA V along with my Collector's Edition Strategy Guide for Dragon Age.
I am good until the release of Project Cars and Batman Arkham Knight.

that is what it says on the microsoft account but the game doesn't show up on the my games part on the xbox site

Thank you for posting on Xbox Forums. In regards to this inquiry with Dragon Age Inquisition, what version were you looking at in the store? When the game is searched in the store there are multiple versions for the game. There's the
Deluxe edition of the game which is on sale right now for 17.99 USD
and then there's the game of the year edition of the game
which is also on sale right now for 35.99 USD. There isn't an edition of the game, however, in the store that reflects the price you are mentioning.

If you can please reply back letting us know Which version you are asking about so that we can properly assist you with this issue. Thank you again for posting on Xbox Forums.
