Dragon age: Inquisition 50% off sale not applied to purchase

I purchased dragon age inquisition last night around 11 pm, 20 December, upon seeing that it was 50% off of its original price of 59.99. However this wasn't the case when i saw that i was billed 64 dollars for this purchase. With the sale it should've been
around 32 dollars. Im aware that this was a late night sale, and it should still have applied as it was purchased at 11 pm. Please help me out

Missing sale price of games due to Xbox live service errors occurring today

I was attempting to purchase, dragon age: inquisition deluxe edition, earlier today while it was on sale, for the "countdown to 2015 sale", but the purchase would correctly proceed due to the errors occurring in the Xbox live service today, now the game
is no longer on sale. Is it possible for the sale to be extended? or for me to get it at sale price?

 

I haven't seen any sale of Dragon Age: Inquisition. Perhaps you misread the offer? If you're able to post a link to the offer that would be a great help.
