Dragon Age 2 servers

It says that the console cannot connect to xbox live and asks me to test my network connection. However I am connected when I attempt to play any other game online.

I'm sorry to hear this is happening. Just to clarify is this something that happens once you try to launch the game or once you're in game? Also what kind of error message do you get or do you also receive an error code? I suggest to do the following:

1. Launch the game Dragon Age 2.
2. Once in the game press both the Manage and View button on your Xbox Controller.
   (this will bring up the Xbox 360 dashboard)
3. Now, go to manage storage
4. Choose profiles and you're going to Remove your profile ( Make sure you know your information to sign back in)
5. After removing the profile quit the game and re-launch.
6. Once again press both the manage and View button.
7. Choose to download a profile - download your profile.

Try to connect in game and let us know if this helps.

It happens after the launch of the game but before I can load a save. I will give this a try.

Contrary to what others assume, the Dragon Age servers are NOT shut down (yet. At least not for the console games).

If you go to https://www.ea.com/service-updates/a-h, you will see that the FACEBOOK Dragon Age game servers have been shut down. But the Dragon Age servers for the console
games have NOT been shut down (yet).

You will have to contact the
Electronic Arts support for issues regarding the Dragon Age servers.
