    Hello i want to play Dragonball Xenoverse in the multiplayer mode but every time i want to join with my character to multi lobby it says Xenoverse server error but under the multiplayer lobby its says Login ok with green. (xbox 360)

    Sorry to hear it. Currently your account is showing as Silver. In order to play online multiplayer in other games you must have a Gold membership.

    That's odd that you're seeing Xenoverse 1 instead of Xenoverse 2. If you power cycle your Xbox One, does it still show Xenoverse 2 as purchased in the Xbox Store? Let's get you in contact with

    Dragon Ball Xenoverse isn't backwards compatible on Xbox One, you'd have to purchase the game again and the DLC.
